Can I buy tickets on the spot?

You can not buy tickets at the location of the event. You can buy tickets here 

Where can I find my TICKET?

We deliver the tickets by email to the address associated with the purchase. In order to enter the event, you will need to present your ticket at the registration area. If you still can not find your ticket, check question #12  for more details.

When will the REGISTRATION process start?

Registration will take place from 11:00. The event starts at 12:00, however, you will be able to register all day, until 19:00. 

  • Please keep in mind that the bracelet for the event can only be picked by the person who will attend the event. 
  • Wearing the bracelet given by the organizers at the registration process is mandatory. 
  • The bracelet has to be worn starting with registration and until the end of the event.

What DOCUMENTS & ITEMS should I take with me to the conference?

In order to register for the event, you should bring your ticket (either printed or in a digital format). As you will be surrounded by a lot of people with whom you can connect and even start businesses you should also bring your business cards, and also anything else that would help you make the most of your time during the conference.

Can I ATTEND the event without my conference bracelet?

For security reasons, only guests with valid bracelets will be allowed into the conference hall. For this reason, please keep the bracelet on your wrist for the duration of the event.

Where can I collect my CONFERENCE BRACELET?

To enter the event all attendees need to collect their conference bracelets upon arrival from our check-in desks, located at the entrance of our conference venues.

  • Please keep in mind that the bracelet for the event can only be picked by the person who will attend the event.
  • Wearing the bracelet given by the organizers at the registration process is mandatory.
  • The bracelet has to be worn starting with registration and until the end of the event.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Once a ticket was purchased it can not be refunded. What you can do if you can not attend the event anymore, you can transfer them to another person. Check question #10 for more details.

How can I UPGRADE my pass?

Upgrading your ticket depends on the availability of the other spots. You can apply for a ticket upgrade by sending us an email at office@Brainfull.ro with the title Ticket upgrade request @Your Ticket Number. If your upgrade will be made you will need to pay the difference between your ticket and the upgraded one. You can not downgrade your ticket.

How can I CANCEL my purchase?

Tickets are non-refundable. What you can do is to transfer it to another person (check question #10) . However, if the ticket was not paid in the specific time, the booking request will be deleted by default from the system.

How can I TRANSFER my pass to someone else?

All the passes can be transferred to another person as long as the request is made with at least 7 days before the event. If you want to transfer your tickets to someone else, please send us an email at office@Brainfull.ro

I have LOST MY TICKETS, can I still attend the event?

First of all, make sure you have checked your email for your ticket. After you made the purchase we have sent you a confirmation email containing as well your ticket. If you still can’t find it, contact us for assistance. If we have the correct attendee information in our database, you’ll be able to collect your conference bracelet with your details.

I didn’t receive my tickets!

After every successful purchase, we are sending an email containing the tickets to the address associated with the purchase. Please also check your spam and junk mail folders. The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is that the tickets were sent in their email’s spam or junk folders. Search for the tickets in your email’s search box by typing in “Brainfull” or emailaddressthatwillsendthetickets@Brainfull.ro. If you still have problems in finding your tickets please send us an email from the email address associated with the purchase at office@Brainfull.ro with the subject Resend tickets request @Your Name.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

In order to register and enter the event, you will need to present just your ticket. Without it, you won’t be able to enter the conference. To access the Brainfull panels all attendees must be at least 18 years old.

Are there group discounts or special offers for businesses?

We have special offers and discounts for group tickets and businesses. In order to find out more about them, please send us an email at office@Brainfull.ro with the title Discount details request for Groups or Discount details request for businesses depending on what details you are interested in.

What is the DRESS CODE for Brainfull?

Due to the nature of the event, a Business Attire dress code is required.

Can I bring a small bag or a backpack?

For security reasons, we can not store luggage so you should try to bring only your bag or a small backpack. Keep in mind that unattended luggage will be removed by the security agents. Please do not leave your personal belongings unattended.

Can I MEET the speakers?

The VIP ticket will provide you with the opportunity to meet your favorite speakers in person. All the speakers will attend the dinner at the end of the event. If you don’t have yet this type of ticket, you can send a request email at office@Brainfull.ro with the title Ticket upgrade request @Your Ticket Number.

There will be a SECURITY check?

Yes! All attendees and their packages must go through a security check at their arrival. To ensure a safe and special experience for our guests, everyone must wear the access bracelet all the time. Without it, if the ticket was already registered it will become null and void.

Are there any FORBIDDEN objects?

  • Professional Camcorders and recorders are prohibited in the Conference room.
  • Weapons of any kind or objects that can be considered weapons, including toys;
  • Tripods for cameras or sticks for making selfie (hands camera extensions for mobile devices are forbidden as well);
  • Refrigerated bags or rucksacks larger than 22 inches x 15 inches x width 18 cm high (54 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm);
  • Pets or other animals, except for approved animals accompanying people with disabilities, who must remain in the leash and always near their owner;
  • Recreation devices, such as drones, remote control toys or any other wheel devices other than a briefcase or a briefcase mobility device for persons with disabilities;
  • Glass objects;
  • Alcoholic beverages;
  • Food and hot drinks;
  • Any other articles we identify as harmful or that may create a diversion.

How can I arrive at the after-event dinner party?

In order to easier your transport from the conference to the after-event dinner party with the speakers, we will have several busses ready to take you to the location. Please remember that this event is only available for VIP ticket holders. If you want to upgrade your ticket please send a request email at office@Brainfull.ro with the title Ticket upgrade request @Your Ticket Number.

Can I bring food and beverage to the venue?

No outside food or drinks will be allowed at the event. Water, coffee and tea will be available during the conference.

There will be any food & beverage at the event?

During the conference, you will be able to enjoy networking breaks or shorter breaks when food and beverages will be available. Please keep in mind that food contains allergens and we are not responsible for related situations. If you have allergies related to some food or you want to find out more about the ingredients, please contact our staff on the spot.

How can I be a speaker?

If you want to be a speaker at Brainfull all you need to do is to fill in our speaker application form. For more information about becoming a speaker or speakers opportunities send us an email at office@Brainfull.ro. The speaker selection is subject to the company’s selection criteria so we can not assure that you will be a speaker in this edition. Once your application will be reviewed we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have any questions, send us an email and we will be in touch shortly.
